Last weekend, the
Pensacola Children's Chorus presented Showtime 2015. The show was AMAZING. It was the 25th anniversary of the chorus and I have heard
it was the best Showtime yet. Many successful alumni were in town for the anniversary show. I have been to past performances but it just took on a new meaning with my oldest daughter being a part of the Chorister group. She has been counting the years, since about age 4, until she could audition. We are so fortunate to have an organization of this quality in our town. Not only do the children learn about singing and performing but they also learn to be comfortable on stage and in front of a crowd.
We had our own afterparty at the
Atlas Oyster House. The weather was beautiful as was the view. It was a great way to wrap up Showtime and celebrate our girl's hard work!

My sister has recently gotten her middle child in singing and dancing and it has done so much for her confidence! That is so amazing you have such a quality local organization! p.s that cheesecake??? Amazing!
ReplyDeleteYou are right! It does do so much for their confidence. Yes, the cheesecake is ridiculous. Thank goodness Virginia likes it so much that I only got a bite.
