Cooking class-they love it as much as I do! |
For the past nine years, we have been a part of a very special cooking class. I use the term loosely because sometimes it is more of a social gathering or a wine tasting. Regardless of what we do, it is always a wonderful evening filled with friends, delicious food and wine. As a result, I have a large white binder filled with recipes and even more useful cooking knowledge. Our hostess comes from several generations of fabulous cooks. She is so organized in the kitchen and makes everything seem easy (doing a lot of prep work ahead of time). I have learned so much from her!
