We pulled into New Orleans on Saturday and drove straight to City Park for the Hogs for the Cause food and music festival. The event raises money for families of children battling brain cancer. Over 80 BBQ teams compete to win the title of Louisiana pork champion. We were disappointed to miss the Drive-By Truckers but we did catch The Wood Brothers on Saturday afternoon. The weather was perfect and the BBQ was delicious. We were even able to meet up with some local cousins! Check back later this week for more. Spring Break 2015 is just getting started.
