Festival OOTD

Emily and I were able to do some shopping along 30A after Christmas.  There were some great sales and most stores had everything at 40% off! I found a great top by Antik Batik at Willow in Rosemary Beach.  It was perfect to wear Songwriters weekend but somehow I managed to not get one good picture of me in it.  Oh well, we were having fun!  I love this top because it is unlike my other tops I wear with jeans. It has a print and some great embroidery at the neck and shoulders.  I can see it with white jeans or cutoffs in the spring/summer.  Because our seasons are so unpredictable, I prefer to buy pieces I can wear year round.  This top works now with a vest and boots but I look forward to wearing it with my cutoffs and sandals!

The leather wrap bracelet was a steal at Perspicasity in Seaside for $19 and works so well
with the cross and beads from Susan Campbell Jewelry.

Stepping Out for a Cause (WIWW)

Recently, my girls and I were asked to be a part of the 39th Annual Baptist Hospital Fashion Show. Virginia and I first participated when she was 10 months old and I was pregnant with Wyatt. This year was Sally's first time and she was SO EXCITED!  The girls walked for Bluetique and I walked for Fig (two of my favorite local boutiques). Luckily, I was able to sneak out from backstage to see the girls.  They were adorable and had a blast.  It was a great event for a hospital that is near and dear to our hearts!

They were rocking out backstage.

Mainly sharing this to show the leather detail on the side of the legging.  Apparently, I was excited to see some friends.

Thank you so much Stephanie Mathis for the video!
