For those of us in the Pensacola area, Sarah's was an institution. Many a young girl worked in the store after school or was photographed for the college board. It was where we went for debutante gowns, where our mothers went for everything and where our fathers went on Christmas Eve for a perfect last-minute gift.
Unfortunately like many Pensacola businesses, Sarah's was devastated by Hurricane Ivan in 2004. After the storm, Sarah decided it was time to retire, but needless to say, retirement did not last long. Fashion and clothes are a part of who Sarah is, so it was no surprise to her loyal customers when she started dabbling in it again.
Monday, September 22, thru Thursday, September 25, Sarah's will be open from 10:00-5:00 at 511 South Palafox Street. Because of her close relationship with many of the great fashion houses, Sarah is able to pull clothes that she knows her customers will love, and for one week only, she is in town to help you find some great pieces for fall.
Before being a "stylist" was fashionable, Sarah was putting ensembles together and helping the women of the Gulf Coast look their best! She let us have a sneak peak today, and we had too much fun. Hope you enjoy!
