Tight Line Makeup Technique

Here's a video of a makeup technique called "tight line."  It's something I use all the time to make my eyelashes look fuller.  It is particularly useful if you have thin eyelashes.  You can still do your eyeliner the way you usually would.  This will only enhance it!
