My Harts In Pictures

I recently had some professional photos taken of my family.  With my youngest almost four, it seems to be getting a little easier.  Last year, I had to wake her from a nap and let's just say she was a little difficult! Thanks goodness our photographer, Deanie Sexton, has children of her own and knows how to coerce a happy face.

This year, we took the pictures on the property where my grandparents lived when I was a child.  It is on the Sound and looks across to the Gulf Islands National Seashore.  We spent a lot of time there swimming, fishing, running on the dock, and just playing.  The house and property took a beating during Hurricane Ivan. It was just renovated and, sniff sniff, is on the market.  I am very pleased with the photographs and hope that my children will cherish them in years to come.
