I love pencil skirts. Everyone should have at least one in their closet. My favorite is a contrast-waist black wool Narciso Rodriguez that I bought at Sarah's many years ago. I can wear it almost anywhere from a luncheon to a cocktail party depending on how I style it. Pencil skirts are classic and make great investment pieces.
