After the
wedding weekend at Lake Burton, we headed to the Smoky Mountains with two other families for some spring break fun. Upon entering the National Park, we were greeted with snow! We were expecting some snow later that night but nothing this pretty. All of the trees were dusted with snow. The drive through the park was beautiful and the kids loved it.
We rented a house in Wears Valley, Tennessee that accommodated all three of our families (6 adults and 9 children). The house was perfect because there was a huge basement with a pool table, television, foosball and game table where the kiddos could play at night and sleep. The weather warmed up more each day and we were able to spend most of our time doing outdoor activities. Don't worry, I will not bore you with all the details. The pictures tell the story just fine.

Dollywood was SO MUCH FUN! The roller coasters far exceeded our expectations. |

The Barnstormer at Dollywood. The Timesaver Pass and Valet Parking were worth the extra money! |
